Prior to joining Offerd, I established a solid brokerage foundation at SVN | CREATE as a seniors housing specialist where I advised owners, investors, and operators across the 55+, AL/IL, SNF, and CCRC asset classes. My work encompassed investment sales, mergers and acquisitions, site selection, and multi-site portfolio transitions. I have successfully guided both first-time and seasoned clients through complex transactions, consistently prioritizing confidentiality and client objectives.
I also bring a deep operational lens shaped by my award-winning leadership with Holiday Retirement, where I drove NOI and occupancy improvement, and elevated resident and employee satisfaction. Earlier, as a multi-state, top-performing Director for IWG/Regus, I led a four-state region to global performance recognition—stabilizing new and troubled assets, developing strong sales and operations teams, site-selection and multi-site project management.
