Matthew Cook

Matthew Cook is a commercial real estate veteran with nearly a decade of experience and more than $400 million in transaction volume across on- and off-market portfolios, multi-tenant developments, and single-tenant net lease assets. He advises investors, owners, and developers on acquisitions, dispositions, and value creation strategies with a disciplined, execution-focused approach.

In 2024, he founded MCDEV, LLC, where he is actively advancing a development pipeline exceeding $30 million in aggregate value. His dual perspective as both broker and principal allows him to underwrite opportunities with an owner’s mindset while delivering institutional-level advisory.

Prior to launching MCDEV, Matthew worked at Albanese Cormier across asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions, supporting oversight of a 5 million-square-foot portfolio spanning 88 properties in 24 states.

He is a member of ICSC and holds CEPA and CFP designations. Matthew is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi and earned an M.S. in Accounting and Business Law from Lamar University.
