With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience working for global finance, real estate, and advisory firms, I have contributed to more than $6 billion in real estate transactions across 28 states, from Florida to Alaska.

As an active multifamily investor and seasoned professional in dozens of markets, I deliver value to clients in navigating every stage of the transaction process – from underwriting to closing and beyond. Holding a prestigious CCIM designation from The CCIM Institute, I bring expertise in investment analysis, market evaluation, and deal structuring. This expertise, coupled with a client-centered approach, has earned me recognition as a multi-year regional top sales producer and trusted partner for long-term success.

Commercial experience includes multifamily, office, retail, industrial, medical, vacant land and subdivision development land, parking garages, R&D data centers, special purpose facilities, and mixed-use developments. Since 2012, my primary focus has been on the multifamily asset class; working for more than 150 institutional and non-institutional clients, including local, regional, national banks, CMBS lenders, Freddie/Fannie, life insurance companies, pension funds, high net worth investors, and syndications. I have also served as an expert witness in federal court (Dallas) as well as bankruptcy arbitration (Texas).

A proud native of Texas and a graduate of Southern Methodist University, I also have a passion for travel, having explored over 20 countries and nearly every U.S. state.
