Ryan Awolola

Ryan Awolola is an investment sales professional specializing in nationwide acquisitions and dispositions of retail, multifamily, self-storage, and commercial land development assets.

A Greenville, SC native, Ryan studied Business Management and Finance at the College of Charleston before launching his luxury automotive career—first with Carlton Mercedes-Benz, then later with McLaren, where he built relationships with high-net-worth clients and refined his consultative sales approach. From 2013 to 2017, he worked on Wall Street with Newbridge Securities, and later as ISO Director at EIN Capital, focusing on merchant cash advance and commercial finance. His success in capital markets, business development, and structured lending provided the foundation for his transition into commercial real estate, where he now advises private investors, developers, and institutional groups nationwide.

Outside of work, Ryan is deeply empathetic toward the rise of homelessness in America and remains committed to giving back to those less fortunate. He serves on the Springfield Baptist Church Scholarship Committee and supports community outreach initiatives. A loyal Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Lakers fan, he enjoys working out, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and exploring modern art.
