
Scott McKinnon joins Offerd as National Accounts Manager of Investment Sales, bringing extensive experience in sales leadership and financial management. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of a multi-franchise automobile campus in the Charlotte Metro Area, where he led a complete turnaround initiative that increased sales and profitability, introduced AI-driven performance systems, and restructured debt - transforming the operation from a financial loss to profitability in under one year.
Licensed as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 2006, Mr. McKinnon is a recipient of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors’ Deal Maker Award. He has specialized in industrial and office/flex properties and currently manages his family’s portfolio of residential properties. He looks forward to leveraging his broad background as he transitions into the multifamily investment sector.
Mr. McKinnon is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, water sports, and spending time with his wife Sarah, their son Alexander, and their rescued Walker Hound, Laika. Scott and Sarah also volunteer with the Parents Association of the United States Coast Guard Academy, where Alexander is a cadet preparing to become an officer.
